General Purchase

Please note, all original paintings (acrylics, pastels, drawings, mixed media and so on) are mounted but unframed. Please note: acrylic original paintings on canvas or board are neither mounted nor framed.

If you require any painting or drawing to be framed, an additional charge will be applicable. Please get in touch by phone or email to discuss the different options available.

Postage is included in the price for any original listed painting within the gallery section for the UK, Europe or the rest of the world for standard delivery which is 2 to 3 working days and a little bit longer for overseas, depending on the final destination.

If you would like to have the original painting(s) framed, then postage, carriage and insurance will need to be paid for by the customer. Please get in touch to discuss if a framed original or print is your option.

Due to costs, most customers choose the mounted only option on originals and unmounted prints, prefering to choose their own personal framing once the mounted original or prints arrive.

Shipping

Prints and greetings cards. Postage within the UK will be calculated at the checkout and is priced at an additional £2.50 for amounts below £20 and £4.95 for amounts above £20. This is for standard postage (3-5 working days). If you require the item more quickly this can be arranged on request at an additional charge. For overseas postage please contact me for prices.

Payment Terms 

Please note, payments for my own creative art products and items on my website can only be made through Paypal.

Customs Fees

All customs fees and charges are payable by the customer/recipient, please check your country's fees, rules and restrictions before you buy.

Loss and Damage

Although it rarely happens if loss or damage should occur during shipment, I will do everything I can to help locate & resolve the situation. To make this easier I ask that you report damage within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide me with photos so that I may make a claim with my shipping provider and replace or refund your order for you. If your order is lost I will replace it.

Returns Policy

I hope that you will be delighted with the quality of your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return it within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund. (NB: Returns will not be accepted on commissioned artwork)

Returns must be in original condition and packaging. The purchase price of products returned in original condition will be refunded via the same method of payment as selected on your order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the case where goods are proven to be faulty or damaged. If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty then please contact me and provide photos within 3 days of receiving your order. Upon agreement return the item to me via standard rate shipping (please obtain a proof of shipping & receipt for your records). I will then replace or refund your order and your return shipping costs.

Please note that personalised and custom orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged (unless faulty).

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to shipment. Once your order ships, it will be subject to the Returns Policy.
